If for some reason your Bobcat's Creation is damaged, get in touch and I will do my best to repair it for you.

SAFETY

Bobcat's Creations are not recommended for children under the age of 5 due to small parts.

MATERIALS USED

All the jewellery findings and beads are brand new, the majority of the buttons are vintage.! The specific materials used can be seen at the Find out more about Bobcat's Button Jewellery page.

AVAILABILITY OF BOBCAT'S CREATIONS

In addition to the website, my pieces can be purchased from various events and fairs throughout 2010 that can be seen on the Out and About page.

POSTING AND PACKAGING

All Bobcat's Creations have free P & P within the UK. Once payment has cleared, items are dispatched within two working days by standard first class post. If purchasing from outside the UK, there will be a postage cost which will be dependent upon recipient location and priced using Royal Mail's standard service.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I have a 100% record and intend to keep it that way! If you are not totally happy, please contact me and we will take it from there.

RETURNS POLICY

A full refund is available for items that are returned within 14 days from the date of sale in the UK, and 28 days outside the UK. For hygienic reasons, a refund is not available on earrings unless they are faulty.

COMMISSIONS

Contact me with the details and we'll take it from there. Perhaps you want a button necklace in the favourite colours of a loved one, or to include some specific buttons of sentimental value?

PLEASE NOTE! Every creation is unique! If more than one customer tries to purchase the same item, it will go to the customer that completed the transaction first! To avoid disappointment, the unsuccessful customer(s) will be contacted and offered an alternative!
